About gifting

Gifting money is a simple way to send funds directly to someone so they can enter LifeFlight Lotteries Draw 33.

How does it work?

1. Enter the gift amount
   Choose how much you’d like to gift each recipient. You’ll see a full summary of the total amount before anything is sent.

2. Choose when the gift will be sent
   Decide whether your gift should be delivered right after purchase or scheduled for a specific date and time.

3. Enter your recipient(s) details and create a custom message for them
   Send to one person or many, it’s up to you.
   You can enter recipient details individually or upload a .csv file (ideal for large groups). Double-check the details to ensure the funds reach the right accounts.

4. Confirm and send
   Once you complete your purchase, you’re all set. Your gift will be sent at the time you selected, and each recipient will receive an email letting them know they’ve received a gift from you.

5. What the recipient sees
   Recipients will receive an email notification about your gift and can access their funds directly through their LifeFlight Lotteries account.

Will the gift funds expire?

Yes, Gifted Funds expire on 22 December 2026 and can only be used on LifeFlight Lotteries Draw 33. Any Gifted Funds not used by the expiry date will be refunded to the original purchaser.

Do recipients need an account to access and the gift funds?

Yes, to buy tickets online with LifeFlight Lotteries, an account is required to keep personal information secure. If a recipient doesn’t already have an account, their gift email will guide them to create one by completing a few details. Once their account is set up, they’ll be able to view and access their gifted funds in their wallet.

If the recipient already has a LifeFlight Lotteries account, the funds will appear in their wallet immediately.

Can I cancel my gift order after purchase?

A gift order can be cancelled and a refund issued if the gift has yet to be sent to the recipient(s). Contact customer support if you want to cancel your gift order within this period.

Once a gift has been sent to the recipient it can no longer be cancelled or refunded.
